Cottage Cheese Ball Recipe:
1. Mix 1 and a half pounds dry pot cheese, 1 egg, 4 tablespoon caraway seed, 1 tablespoon suger and 4 tablespoon melted butter.
2. Blend thoroughly and form into balls.
3. Bake the cheesse balls on a baking sheet in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot or cold, on pretzel sticks.
