Corn Lace Puffs Recipe:
- Mix boiling 1/2 cup boiling water, corn meal and salth together.
- Blend thoroughly and cool.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold in stiff egg whites.
- Drop mixture by teaspoons on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (180 °C) over for about 30 minutes or until the puffs are delicately brown.
