Southern Fried Chicken

Southern Fried Chicken Recipe:

1.Cut the chickens into various portions

2. Clean and wipe the chicken pieces

3. Season the pieces with salt and pepper

4. Dip the chicken pieces into the milk

5. Roll the pieces in seasoned flour in a container or place the flour in a sealed storage bag and shake the chicken pieces in the bag

6. Half fill a large sauce pan with oil and heat it at a temperature of 350F( 177C)

7. Fry the chicken until it is golden brown and well done

8. Drain the oil from the chicken pieces by placing them on kitchen paper towels then serve

List of ingredients required:

2 small chickens, about 2 lb each
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup seasoned flour
Oil
Salt and pepper
