Shortbread Ingredients:
- 85g (3 ounces) baking margarine
- 175g (6 ounces) flour
- 60g (2 ounces) sugar
Topping Ingredients:
- 120g Stork (4.2 ounces) Bake
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 85g sugar (3 ounces)
- 1/2 tin condensed milk (7 oz)
Additional Ingredients:
Shortbread Method:
- Rub baking margarine into the flour
- Add the sugar.
- Mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.
- Bake at 150ºC (302ºF) for 30 minutes.
Topping Method:
- Melt ingredients together.
- Simmer for 7 minutes.
- Pour over the shortbread.
- When cool, melt the dark chocolate and spread over the top.
- Keep in the fridge.
