Cream Cheese Balls

Cream Cheese Balls Recipe:

1. Mix together the cream cheese, chopped chives and the anchovy paste

2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30minutes

3. Shape the mixture into large, grape-sized balls using your hands

4. Roll the balls in the chopped walnuts and chill again in the refrigerator for until desired

5. Serve the balls in 4 small paper cases

List of ingredients required:

(makes about 10 balls)

4 oz (115g) cream cheese
1 level tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
2 oz (50g) finely chopped walnuts
