Banana pudding

Banana pudding Recipe:

1. Mash the bananas with the rum

2. Stir the following ingredients in the mashed bananas: eggs, sugar, melted butter, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

3. Sift the flour and the baking powder into a bowl

4. Add the banana puree to the sifted mixture

5. Bake the pudding in a moderate oven heat of 350F (177C) for about an hour or until a knife comes out clean after being inserted in the middle of the pudding

6. Serve cool whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg

 List of ingredients required:

2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
12 bananas
1/4 cup rum
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
