Baked African Mielepap

Ingredients:
5cups of maize meal
1x cup of normal cake flour (250g)
50 ml table spoons of sugar
40ml table spoons of baking powder
2x eggs mixed stiffly
5x cups of milk

No Maize in your region:
you can use rough corn-meal or stone ground corn (NOT corn-flour)

Steps:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add in the wet ones
2. Place it all over into a oven pan and bake on 180 celsius for 1hr
