Ham Rolls Recipe:
1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan
2. Saute the mushrooms in the butter
3. Add the tarragon, dry mustard and the flour
4. Cook the mixture while stirring until the ingredients are well blended
5. Add the cup of cream and the salt to taste
6. Let the mixture/filling cool
7. Spread the thin slices of cooked ham with the filling
8. Lay 3 stalks of the asparagus on each slice and roll the ham (the asparagus tips should show at one end)
9. Serve cold

1/2 lb finely chopped mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
3 tablespoons butter
Salt
12 thin slices of cooked ham
36 stalks of freshly cooked and cooled asparagus
