Sour Cream Cheesecake

Sour Cream Cheesecake Recipe:

1. Beat the eggs thoroughly

2. Add the sugar, cottage cheese, cream cheese and vanilla to the eggs and beat well

3. Pour the batter into a spring-form pan lined with a graham cracker crumb shell

4. Bake in a moderate oven of 350F (180C) for about 20minutes

5. Cool the cake for 5minutes

6. Sweeten the sour cream with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and flavour it with the vanilla extract

7. Pour the sweetened sour cream over the cooled cake

8. Bake the cake in a very hot oven of 475F (245C) for 5minutes

9. Chill the cake before serving

6 oz (175g) cottage cheese
6 oz (175g) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 and 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
