Anchovy Egg Recipe:
- Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and mash them to a paste with anchovy purée and a little mayonnaise.
- Season the mixture with a drop of Tabasco and form it into small balls.
- Roll the balls in dill.
- Arrange 3 balls in each egg white.
- Place egg white on a thin slice of tomato sprinkled with salt and pepper.
- Cross strips of anchovy fillets over the balls.
- Dust with paprika.
