Cottage Cheese Potato Pie Recipe:
1. Beat the cottage cheese until it is smooth
2. Press the cheese through a fine sieve
3. Add the cup of sour cream
4. Add the hot cups of mashed potatoes
5. Add the teaspoon of salt and mix well
6. Line the bottom and sides of a pie plate with pie dough
7. Fill the plate with the cheese and potato mixture
8. Brush the top with a little milk and dot it with small pieces of butter
9. Bake the pie in a moderate temperature of 350F (176C) for about 45minutes or until the the shell and filling are golden brown and serve warm

2 cups creamy cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 and 1/2 cups hot mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Some milk
Some soft butter
