Microwave Chocolate Fudge Sauce: Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Approximate cooking time: 3 to 5 minutes. Ingredients: 1 (6 ounce) package semi sweet chocolate chips. 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine. 1/4 cup hot water. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup light corn syrup. Dash salt. 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract. Method: Heat chocolate, butter and water in a 2 cup glass measure for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes: stirring frequently. Add sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Heat 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth and thickened. Serve over ice cream, cake or pudding.
