Mozzarella Toasts Recipe:
1. Spread the Melba toasts with tomato ketchup
2. Cut the slices of cheese and salami into pieces the same size as the toasts
3. On each toast, lay a slice of salami and a slice of cheese
4. Lay the toasts on a baking tray
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5minutes until the cheese starts melting
6. Serve hot
List of ingredients required:
20 mini Melba toasts (available in packets)
Tomato ketchup
6 oz (175g) thinly sliced salami
6 oz (175g) thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
The oven should be preheated at a temperature of 390F (200C)
