Ingredients for the bottom part:
20ml gelatin
250ml boiling water
250ml cold water
300ml mayonnaise
240ml Smooth Cottage cheese
Ingredients for the top part:
2x packets lemon jelly
500ml boiling water
1kg beetroot
1x onion chopped
Steps for the bottom part:
1. Mix the gelatin with your boiling water add in the cold water when finished
2. Slowly mix in mayonnaise and cottage cheese
3. Pour mixture into a glass bowl and place in fridge for 2hours
Steps for top part:
1. Dissolve the jelly in boiling water
2. Cut up the beetroot into tiny block and grade the onion
3. Mix everything together and pour it ontop of cottage cheese mixture
4. Let it stet for 3hours
