Buttermilk Pudding

Ingredients:
125ml Butter
200g Sugar
3x Eggs beated
140g Self Raising Flour
450ml Milk
350ml Butter milk

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Mix the Butter and Sugar together
3. Add in Eggs and Self Raising Flour Mix
4. In another bowl beat the Milk and Butter Milk together
5. Add with egg mixture and beat for 3minutes
6. Place in oven for 45 minutes
