Pork Chops and Apple Casserole

Pork Chops and Apple Casserole Recipe:

1. Put the pork chops in a roasting pan and place them in an oven for about 5minutes until they are brown on each side

2. Transfer the chops to a flame-proof casserole

3. Arrange the onions, tart apples and the seedless raisins over the pork chops

4. Sprinkle over the casserole with the brown sugar

5. Add the cup of beef stock and season lightly with salt, pepper, nutmeg, thyme, mace and clove

6. Add the bouquet garni

7. Cover the casserole tightly and bake it in the oven for 1 and 1 / 4hours

8. Discard the bouquet garni

9. Stir the currant jelly into the sauce
