Lasagne a-la Marie
Ingredients:
10ml garlic
1x tin of tomato soup (250g)
500-750g minced meat
500g ribbon noodles
1x onion roughly chopped
100ml cottage cheese
250ml cream
125ml milk
250ml cheese
Steps:
1. Cook your ribbon noodles for 13minutes and pour out water
2.Fry garlic, onions and minced meat until cooked
3. Add in tomato soup
4. Mix cream, cottage cheese and milk together and add with meat mixture
5. Place the meat and ribbon noodles in layers and add cheese ontop
6. Cook for 180 degrees for 20mintes
