Cheddar Custard Recipe:

1. Saute the garlic cloves and the olive oil for about 1minute

2. Turn the above mixture into a baking dish

3. Coat the bottom and sides of the dish well with oil

4. Cover the bottom of the dish with sharp cheddar

5. Beat the 3eggs together with the tablespoon of potato flour

6. Stir the above mixture in the cups of milk and the heavy cream

7. Pour the mixture over the cheese and bake in a moderately hot oven of 375F (190C) for about 15minutes

8. Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan and continue to bake for about another 5minutes or until the custard is set

3 eggs
1 tablespoon potato flour
1 and 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
Grated Parmesan
