Anchovy Egg Recipe:

  1. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them to a paste with anchovy purée and a little mayonnaise.
  3. Season the mixture with a drop of Tabasco and form it into small balls.
  4. Roll the balls in dill.
  5. Arrange 3 balls in each egg white.
  6. Place egg white on a thin slice of tomato sprinkled with salt and pepper.
  7. Cross strips of anchovy fillets over the balls.
  8. Dust with paprika.

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs.
  • 1 tbsp anchovy purée.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Tabasco.
  • Finely chopped dill.
  • Tomato.
  • 2 thing strips of anchovy fillets.
  • Paprika
