Berry Ice Cream Recipe:

1. Crush the berries and force the pulp through a sieve to remove the seeds

2. Add the sugar and the heavy cream together and stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved

3. Stir in the berry puree and the lemon juice

4. Freeze the ice cream
