Peach and Vanilla Ice cream Recipe:

1. Put the peaches in a bowl and cover them with boiling water

2. Leave them for about 1minute then drain them and peel them

3. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones, then set the peaches aside

4. Rub the raspberries through a fine sieve into a mixing bowl

5. Add the sugar to the raspberry puree to sweeten it

6. Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in each serving glass

7. Place one peach half on top of the ice cream with the rounded side facing up

8. Spoon a portion of the raspberry puree on top of the peach

9. Serve immediately

8 oz fresh raspberries
2 large peaches
2 oz caster sugar
3/4 pint vanilla ice cream
