Chef’s Salad Recipe

  1. Place chopped lettuce in the bottom of the salad bowl.
  2. Arrange boiled chicken, smoked ox tongue, smoked ham and swiss cheese in equal ammounts on the lettuce.
  3. Arrange all cut julienne on the lettuce
  4. Add 1/2 hard-cooked eggs for each portion.
  5. Arrange water cres in the center.
  6. Serve with French dressing.
