Chef’s Salad Recipe
- Place chopped lettuce in the bottom of the salad bowl.
- Arrange boiled chicken, smoked ox tongue, smoked ham and swiss cheese in equal ammounts on the lettuce.
- Arrange all cut julienne on the lettuce
- Add 1/2 hard-cooked eggs for each portion.
- Arrange water cres in the center.
- Serve with French dressing.
