<p>1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms</p>
<p>2. Saute the mushroom caps, the garlic clove and the 1pound zucchini in the butter for 5minutes</p>

<p>4. Add the 2 tablespoons of flour to the vegetables and cook for 2minutes</p>
