<p>1. Melt the cup of butter in a large saucepan together with the curry and the pinch of salt</p>
<p>2. Add the following ingredients: peas, Lima beans, green beans, tomatoes, leeks and the cauliflower florets</p>
<p>3. Lightly toss the mixture together</p>
<p>4. Add the cup of hot water</p>
<p>5. Cover the pan and simmer very slowly until all the vegetables are tender while shaking them from time to time to prevent them from burning</p>
