										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Tyrol Cake Recipe:</h2>
<p>1. Grease a 6inch round cake tin</p>
<p>2. Sift the flour, salt and cinnamon into a bowl</p>
<p>3. Cut the margarine up and rub it in the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs</p>
<p>4. Stir the sugar, currants and sultanas into the breadcrumb mixture</p>
<p>5. Make a well in the center of the mixture</p>
<p>6. Dissolve the bicarbonate of soda in the milk and stir in the honey</p>
<p>7. Pour this honey mixture into the well of the flour mixture</p>
<p>8. Gradually work in the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon, adding more milk if necessary to give the mixture a firm dropping consistency</p>
<p>9. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and level the top</p>
<p>10. Bake in the center of the preheated oven for about 2hours or until well risen</p>
<p>11. Test with a fine skewer if the cake is cooked then cool it on a wire rack</p>
<h2>List of ingredients required:</h2>
<p>8 oz (225g) plain flour<br />
3 and 1/2 oz margarine<br />
3 level tablespoons clear honey<br />
2 oz (50g) caster sugar<br />
2 oz (50g) currants<br />
2 oz (50g) sultanas<br />
A pinch of salt<br />
1 level teaspoon ground cinnamon<br />
1 level teaspoon bicarbonate of soda<br />
1/4 pint milk</p>
<p>The oven should be preheated at a temperature of 325F (160C)</p>
