										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This Cheesy Tuna and Rice Bake is one of those simple dinner recipes that are sure to please. It is easy to make and endlessly tasty.</p>
<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul>
<li>250 ml (1 cup) Rice</li>
<li>1 Red onion, finely chopped</li>
<li>2 Tins tuna in oil</li>
<li>500 ml (16.90 fl.oz) water</li>
<li>1 Chicken and Mushroom Pan Dry Cook-in-Sauce</li>
<li>15 ml (1 Tablespoon) Finely chopped chives<br />
125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Cheddar cheese</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method</h2>
<ul>
<li>Cook rice as per packet instructions and drain well.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 180°C (356ºF) and grease an oven proof dish.</li>
<li>Sauté the onion in a little of the tuna oil.</li>
<li>Add the flaked tuna to the onion and mix together.</li>
<li>Place water and Chicken &amp; Mushroom Pan Dry Cook-in-Sauce sachet contents into a pot and</li>
<li>bring to the boil, stirring frequently.</li>
<li>Add the tuna mixture and mix together well.</li>
<li>Spoon half the rice into the dish and top with half the tuna mixture.</li>
<li>Repeat layers.</li>
<li>Sprinkle chives and cheese on top.</li>
<li>Bake for 30 mins until browned.</li>

Most of the ingredients needed in this recipe, are easy to find but some of them we already have in our homes.</p>
<h2>Tuna Balls Recipe:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a small skillet.</li>
<li>Add onion and cook until tender.</li>
<li>Stir occasionally.</li>
<li>Stir in the celery.</li>
<li>Remove from heat.</li>
<li>Beat cottage cheese with either a rotary beater or an electric mixer until almost smooth.</li>
<li>Add egg and thoroughly blend.</li>
<li>Combine with Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, tuna and coarse bread crumbs.</li>
<li>Shape into 12 small balls using about 3 tablespoons mixture for each ball.</li>
<li>Roll in dry bread crumbs and chill in refrigerator.</li>
<li>Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet: add tuna balls and cook over low heat, turning frequently to brown evenly.</li>
<li>Serve immediately or with Polka Dot Sauce.</li>
</ol>

You might think tuna a la king is extremely hard to make but in truth, it is relatively east. Our recipe is very simplistic and it is easy to follow. There are no special skills needed to complete any of these steps.</p>
<h2>Tuna a la King Recipe:</h2>

<li>Add peas, soup and tuna.</li>
<li>Fold in gently.</li>
