										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Stir-fried Beef and Broccoli Recipe:</h2>
<p>1. Cut the beef fillet into thin strips of about 3mm</p>
<p>2. Mix the salt, pepper, cornflour and rub them into the pieces of beef</p>
<p>3. Trim the broccoli florets from the stalks length-ways into 3mm slices (peel away the outer skin if the stalks are tough)</p>
<p>4. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan</p>
<p>5. Add the beef strips and the onion to the pan and stir-fry over brisk heat for about 3minutes</p>
<p>6. Remove the beef and onion from the pan and keep it warm</p>
<p>7. Add the remaining oil to the frying pan</p>
<p>8. Put the broccoli in the frying pan and stir-fry for 3minutes</p>
<p>9. Add the stock and the brown sugar and allow it to boil for 1minute</p>
<p>10. Return the beef and onion to the pan and stir-fry for 1minute</p>
<p>11. Add the soya sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic to the pan</p>
<p>12. Cook over moderate heat for a further 3minutes</p>
<p>13. Spoon the food onto a warm serving dish and sprinkle it with the shopped cashew nuts and spring onion tassels</p>
<p>14. Serve immediately</p>
<h2>List of ingredients required:</h2>
<p>These ingredients allow a serving of 6 people</p>
<p>700g of beef fillet<br />
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<br />
4 level teaspoons of cornflour<br />
400g of broccoli<br />
6 tablespoons of olive oil<br />
1 large finely chopped onion<br />
6 tablespoons of chicken stock<br />
3 level teaspoons of soft brown sugar<br />
2 tablespoons of soya sauce<br />
4 tablespoons of dry sherry<br />
1 slice of fresh root ginger, 15mm thick, finely chopped<br />
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped</p>
<h4>For the garnish:</h4>
<p>3 level tablespoons of chopped and toasted cashew nuts<br />
Spring onion tassels</p>
