<p>1. Beat the eggs thoroughly</p>
<p>2. Add the sugar, cottage cheese, cream cheese and vanilla to the eggs and beat well</p>
<p>3. Pour the batter into a spring-form pan lined with a graham cracker crumb shell</p>
<p>4. Bake in a moderate oven of 350F (180C) for about 20minutes</p>
<p>5. Cool the cake for 5minutes</p>
<p>6. Sweeten the sour cream with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and flavour it with the vanilla extract</p>
<p>7. Pour the sweetened sour cream over the cooled cake</p>
<p>8. Bake the cake in a very hot oven of 475F (245C) for 5minutes</p>
<p>9. Chill the cake before serving</p>
