<li>2 tbsp golden syrup</li>
<li>85g sugar (3 ounces)</li>
<li>1/2 tin condensed milk (7 oz)</li>

<h2>Shortbread Method:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Rub baking margarine into the flour</li>
<li>Add the sugar.</li>
<li>Mix to a shortbread consistency and press into a greased pan.</li>
<li>Bake at 150ºC (302ºF) for 30 minutes.</li>

<h2>Topping Method:</h2>
