<p>1. Wipe and trim the mushrooms</p>
<p>2. Thinly slice the mushrooms into a shallow salad dish</p>
<p>3. Mix the oil and the lemon juice together in a small bowl</p>
<p>4. Season with the garlic and the pepper</p>
<p>5. Pour the dressing over the mushrooms and turn the slices carefully so that they are well coated</p>
<p>6. Leave the mushrooms for about an hour in a cool place</p>
<p>7. Add the prawns and sprinkle lightly with the salt</p>
<p>8. Garnish with the chopped parsley</p>
