<p>1. Wring the grated potatoes in a clean and dry cloth to remove any excess moisture</p>
<p>2. Mix the potatoes, corned meat, onion and bacon together in a large dish</p>
<p>3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper</p>
<p>4. In a separate dish, blend the flour into the egg yolks</p>
<p>5. Add the flour mixture to the potato mixture and stir well</p>
<p>6. Heat enough oil in a pan until it is hot</p>
<p>7. Shape the potato mixture into 6, 3inch wide cakes</p>
<p>8. Cook the cakes over high heat until they are golden brown (only turn them once)</p>
<p>9. Drain the cakes thoroughly on kitchen absorbent paper</p>
<p>10. Keep the fried batch warm while frying the remaining pancakes</p>

1 small grated onion<br />
Oil for frying<br />
