<p>1. Cream the sugar and butter together</p>
<p>2. Add the lightly beaten eggs to the cream mixture and beat vigorously</p>
<p>3. Put the pot cheese through a sieve then add it to the cream and egg mixture</p>
<p>4. Add the cups of flour</p>
<p>5. Gradually add the tablespoons of milk or more if required, in order to make a soft dough</p>
<p>6. Thinly roll the dough out onto a lightly floured board</p>
<p>7. Cut the dough into 2 inch squares</p>
<p>8. Place the spoonful of diced apple in the center of each square</p>
<p>9. Pinch the corners together and roll the dumpling into a ball</p>
<p>10. Drop the dumplings into a large pot of boiling slightly salted water and simmer for about 10minutes (test 1 dumpling to make sure the dough is cooked)</p>
<p>11. Serve the dumplings hot with cinnamon and sugar</p>
