<p>1. Mix the following ingredients together: persimmon pulp, eggs and milk</p>
<p>2. Sift the following ingredients together: flour, sugar, salt, coriander and soda</p>
<p>3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients</p>
<p>4. Add the melted butter and stir the pudding briefly</p>
<p>5. Bake the pudding in a shallow buttered pan in an oven of moderately low heat of 325F (160C) for about 1 hour</p>
<p>6. Cool the pudding, cut it into squares and serve it with whipped cream</p>

<p>2 cups mashed and sieved persimmon pulp<br />
2 cups sifted flour<br />
1 and 1/2 cups sugar<br />
1 teaspoon salt<br />
1 teaspoon coriander<br />
