<ol>

<li>Peel, seed and lightly chop 6 large ripe tomatoes and 2 cucumbers.</li>
<li>Add the tomatoes and cucumbers to the glass bowl.</li>

<li>Pour over 1/3 cup olive oil and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.</li>
