<p>1. Put the raspberries, orange juice and honey into a liquidizer and blend them together to form a smooth puree</p>
<p>2. Chill the puree</p>
<p>3. Put the porridge oats into a non-stick pan</p>
<p>4. Add the milk to the pan and bring it to the boil while stirring</p>
<p>5. Let it simmer for 3minutes</p>
<p>6. Remove the pan from the heat and leave it to cool slightly</p>
<p>7. Transfer the porridge to a bowl and stir in the cream</p>
<p>8. Once the porridge is quite cold, stir in the yoghurt</p>
<p>9. Serve the porridge in small glass bowls and top it with the respberry puree and decorate the top with a few whole raspberries</p>
<h2>List of ingredients required:</h2>
<p>(Serves 4 people)</p>
<p>8 oz (225g) of fresh or frozen, thawed raspberries<br />
Juice from 1 orange<br />
1 tablespoon clear honey<br />
1 1/2 0z (40g) porridge oats<br />
450ml milk<br />
150ml single cream<br />
4 tablespoons thick Greek yoghurt<br />
A few whole raspberries</p>
