										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Golden Angel Food cake Recipe:</h2>
<p>1. Combine the sugar, water and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar in a saucepan</p>
<p>2. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook the syrup until it spins a light thread</p>
<p>3. Beat 8 egg yolks until they are fluffy</p>
<p>4. Gradually beat in the syrup</p>
<p>5. Continue to beat the mixture until it is thick and cool</p>
<p>6. Sift the flour and salt 6times</p>
<p>7. Fold the flour gently into the egg yolks</p>
<p>8. Beat the egg whites until they are frothy</p>
<p>9. Add the remaining 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and continue to beat until the egg whites are stiff but not dry</p>
<p>10. Fold in the egg whites together with the teaspoon of lemon juice and orange juice or vanilla</p>
<p>11. Bake the cake in a dry tube pan in a slow oven of 300F (150C) for about 1 and 1/2hours or until the cake tests done</p>
<p>12. Invert the pan and let the cake cool before removing it</p>

8 eggs separated<br />
1 cup cake flour<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
