<p>1. Line the inside of four small cocotte dishes (ovenproof dishes) with the smoked salmon</p>
<p>2. Cut or fold the salmon so that it fits neatly</p>
<p>3. Crack an egg carefully into each dish</p>
<p>4. Season the eggs with salt and pepper</p>
<p>5. Spoon a tablespoon of cream over each egg</p>
<p>6. Stand the dishes on a baking tray</p>
<p>7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12minutes until the egg whites are just set</p>
<p>8. Garnish with the smoked salmon trimmings and serve hot</p>

<p>4 eggs<br />
4 slices smoked salmon<br />
Salt and freshly ground pepper<br />
