<p>1. Cream the soft butter and the sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy</p>
<p>2. Add the eggs and the pumpkin puree to the butter mixture</p>
<p>3. Sift the following ingredients together: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger</p>
<p>4. Add the sifted ingredients to the puree mixture and mix well. Stir until the mixture is well blended</p>
<p>5. Add the cups of seeded raisins and pecans</p>
<p>6. Drop the batter by teaspoons onto a buttered baking tray</p>
<p>7. Bake the cookies in a hot oven of 400F (205C) for about 15minutes or until the cookies are light brown</p>

<p>1. Grease 2 or 3 baking trays</p>
<p>2. Sift the following ingredients together in a bowl: flour, bicarbonate of soda, ginger, and cinnamon</p>
<p>3. Add the sugar to the sifted ingredients</p>
