1. Melt the chocolate over boiling water

2. Add the sugar, salt and the boiling water to the chocolate

3. Simmer the mixture for about 5minutes while constantly stirring

4. Add the milk and the light cream

5. Reheat the mixture without boiling it

6. Add the vanilla and the freshly made coffee

7. Beat the mixture well and chill it
