<p>Cut the fresh pork loin lengthwise</p>
<p>1. Blend the following ingredients together: sherry, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and ground cinnamon</p>
<p>2. Rub the pork strips with the mixture and let the pork marinate for about 2hours</p>
<p>3. Cook the meat slowly under the broiler for about 1hour while frequently turning the strips to insure the pork is evenly cooked</p>
<p>4. Cut the meat into very thin diagonal slices and serve with hot Chinese mustard</p>
<p>5. Add the pinch of turmeric for additional colour</p>
