										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Cheese Pudding Recipe:</h2>
<p>1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, paprika and salt. Set it aside</p>
<p>2. Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them into quarters</p>
<p>3. Grease a baking dish</p>
<p>4. Put a layer of bread slices on the bottom (the slices should not overlap each other)</p>
<p>5. Cover the slices generously with the grated cheese and the freshly ground pepper</p>
<p>6. Place another layer of bread slices on top of the cheese</p>
<p>7. Continue to alternate the layers until the dish has been filled</p>
<p>8. Pour the egg mixture over the dish and leave it for about 5minutes to allow the bread to swell and absorb the mixture</p>
<p>9. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for about 40minutes until the layer on top is browned</p>
<p>10. Serve the pudding by itself or with a vegetable</p>
<h2>List of ingredients required:</h2>
<p>8 slices buttered bread<br />
450ml milk<br />
4 eggs<br />
1 level teaspoon dry mustard<br />
Salt and freshly ground black pepper<br />
1 level teaspoon paprika<br />
6 oz (175g) grated cheddar cheese</p>
<p>The oven should be preheated at a temperature of 350F (180C)</p>
