<p>1. Peel the grapes and remove the peeps</p>
<p>2. Mix the cheddar, Stilton and the walnuts</p>
<p>3. Gradually beat in the cream</p>
<p>4. Take a little of the cheese mixture, flatten it on your hand and wrap it around the grape to make round cheese balls</p>
<p>5. Repeat the procedure until all the grapes are covered with the cheese mixture</p>
<p>6. Thinly roll out the pastry and cut it into 12 circles that are about 130mm in diameter</p>
<p>7. Place one of the cheese balls in the center of each pastry circle</p>
<p>8. Brush the edges of the circle with the beaten egg</p>
<p>9. Neatly fold each pastry to form rectangular shapes</p>
<p>10. Brush the beaten egg all over the pastries and place them in 2 greased baking trays</p>
<p>11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12minutes or until the pastries are golden brown</p>
<p>12. Serve immediately</p>

<p>12 large grapes<br />
5 oz (150g) finely grated cheddar cheese<br />
5 oz (150g) finely crumbled Stilton cheese<br />
2 oz (50g) finely chopped walnuts<br />
4 tablespoons single cream<br />
14 oz (400g) prepared weight puff pastry<br />
1 beaten egg</p>
<p>The oven should be preheated at a temperature of 450F (230C)</p>
