<p>1. Saute the garlic cloves and the olive oil for about 1minute</p>
<p>2. Turn the above mixture into a baking dish</p>
<p>3. Coat the bottom and sides of the dish well with oil</p>
<p>4. Cover the bottom of the dish with sharp cheddar</p>
<p>5. Beat the 3eggs together with the tablespoon of potato flour</p>
<p>6. Stir the above mixture in the cups of milk and the heavy cream</p>
<p>7. Pour the mixture over the cheese and bake in a moderately hot oven of 375F (190C) for about 15minutes</p>
<p>8. Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan and continue to bake for about another 5minutes or until the custard is set</p>

1/4 cup olive oil<br />
Cheddar cheese<br />
