										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Bream Fish Recipe:</h2>
<p>1. Peel and thinly slice the onion</p>
<p>2. Peel and crush the garlic</p>
<p>3. Crush the fennel or coriander seeds in a mortar</p>
<p>4. Scale and clean the fish and place it whole in an oiled baking dish</p>
<p>5. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and with juice from half of the lemon</p>
<p>6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic over medium heat until they are soft and transparent</p>
<p>7. Stir in the tomatoes with their juice</p>
<p>8. Add the parsley, crushed seeds and wine</p>
<p>9. Cook the sauce until it is well blended then season it with salt and pepper</p>
<p>10. Pour the sauce over the fish (if the dish is large, top up with a little water)</p>
<p>11. Cut the lemon into thin slices and lay them on top of the fish</p>
<p>12. Cover the dish with a lid or foil</p>
<p>13. Bake in the center of the oven for about 45minutes</p>
<p>14. Serve the bream in the sauce straight from the dish</p>

<p>1 large onion<br />
1 large lemon<br />
1 large clove garlic<br />
2 to 3 lb bream<br />
1 to 2 level tablespoons chopped parsley<br />
1 teaspoon fennel or coriander seeds<br />
14 or 16 oz tin of tomatoes<br />
4 fluid oz dry white wine<br />
3 tablespoons olive oil<br />
Salt and black pepper</p>
<p>The oven should be preheated at a temperature of 375F ( 190C)</p>
