<p>1. Finely chop the steak</p>
<p>2. Heat the butter in a large shallow pan</p>
<p>3. Fry the steak over moderate heat so that the steak browns quickly</p>
<p>4. Increase the heat</p>
<p>5. Add the spring onions to the pan and stir for 1minute</p>
<p>6. Stir in the soured cream, horseradish and salt and pepper to taste</p>
<p>7. Stir the mixture over the heat for about a minute further then serve</p>

<h2>Method</h2>
<ol>

<li>Marinate button mushrooms in oil for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Wrap Rindless Streaky Bacon around any of the above.</li>
<li>Grill for 5 &#8211; 10 minutes until cooked.</li>
<li>Serve on/with cocktail sticks.</li>
