<p>1.Cut the chickens into various portions</p>
<p>2. Clean and wipe the chicken pieces</p>
<p>3. Season the pieces with salt and pepper</p>
<p>4. Dip the chicken pieces into the milk</p>
<p>5. Roll the pieces in seasoned flour in a container or place the flour in a sealed storage bag and shake the chicken pieces in the bag</p>
<p>6. Half fill a large sauce pan with oil and heat it at a temperature of 350F( 177C)</p>
<p>7. Fry the chicken until it is golden brown and well done</p>
<p>8. Drain the oil from the chicken pieces by placing them on kitchen paper towels then serve</p>
<h2>List of ingredients required:</h2>
<p>2 small chickens, about 2 lb each<br />
1/2 cup Milk<br />
1/2 cup seasoned flour<br />
Oil<br />
Salt and pepper</p>
