40ml table spoons of baking powder<br />
2x eggs mixed stiffly<br />

<p>No Maize in your region:<br />
you can use rough corn-meal or stone ground corn (NOT corn-flour)</p>
<p>Steps:<br />
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add in the wet ones<br />
2.
