1kg lambsneck<br />
15ml Butter<br />
15ml oil<br />
2ml nutmeg<br />
2ml cloves<br />
250ml beef extract<br />
1x big onion chopped up<br />
1x garlic chopped up<br />
125g dry apricots<br />

<p>steps:<br />
1. Cut the sides of the meat so that it wont curl up when you cut it<br />
2. Place your butter/oil into the pan to heat up and grill your meat until its cooked<br />
3. Once cooked nicely place in a separate plate while you cook your onion/garlic<br />
4. Put your lamb-neck in again and your nutmeg/clover<br />
5. Get a cup and fill it halfway with hot water pour in your beef extract and stir until dissolved<br />
6. You can add lemon juice (optional)<br />
7. Get a separate bowl and place in  your raisins over them pour hot water make sure the raisins are covered fully (let rest for 5mins then pour in with your lambs-neck</p>

3. Mix it with the egg, onions, mustard and tomato sauce<br />
4. Add the mixture into the beef and stir with spoon<br />
5. Make balls and place in a oven pan let it cook for 45mins on 180 degrees celsius</p>
