200g grounded beef<br />
1x onion finely chopped<br />
5ml mustered powder<br />
15ml tomato sauce<br />
50ml flour<br />
100g blue cheese<br />

1. In a bowl mix the beef and the pig<br />
2. Chop the onions and blue cheese but make sure the blue cheese is in very little pieces or else it wont taste good<br />
3. Mix it with the egg, onions, mustard and tomato sauce<br />
4. Add the mixture into the beef and stir with spoon<br />
5. Make balls and place in a oven pan let it cook for 45mins on 180 degrees celsius</p>

<p>1. Peel and chop the vegetables</p>
<p>2. Finely shred the meat</p>
<p>3. Place all the ingredients in a large pan, adding the egg white last</p>
<p>4. Heat gently and whisk the ingredients continuously using a wire whisk until a thick froth forms on the surface</p>
<p>5. Stop whisking and immediately reduce the heat</p>
<p>6. Simmer the consomme very slowly for about 2hours (do not let the liquid reach boiling point)</p>
<p>7. Strain the consomme into a bowl through a double layer of muslin</p>
<p>8. Drain the consomme again through the egg foam in the muslin</p>
<p>9. Reheat the consomme and correct the seasoning if necessary</p>
<p>10. Serve hot or cold</p>

<p>4. Make a sauce by blending 1 tablespoon of flour with 2 tablespoons of butter over<br />
gentle heat until the mixture bubbles and is smooth</p>
<p>5. Gradually stir in the cups of beef stock and cook for 2minutes until the mixture begins to thicken</p>
<p>6. Strain the sauce through a fine sieve into a saucepan.</p>
<p>7. Add the sour cream alternately with the tomato juice and stir constantly</p>
<p>8. Let the mixture simmer gently without boiling</p>
<p>9. In a separate pan, fry the strips of beef and the grated onion in the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter</p>
