Zucchini and Mushrooms Recipe:

1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms

2. Saute the mushroom caps, the garlic clove and the 1pound zucchini in the butter for 5minutes

3. Discard the garlic

4. Add the 2 tablespoons of flour to the vegetables and cook for 2minutes

5. Add the cup of sour cream and the teaspoon of the finely chopped dill and mix well

6. Reheat before serving

1 lb uniformly sized mushrooms
1 garlic clove
1 lb thinly cut zucchini
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
